    Hi All,

I have just finished a renovation in Wellington NSW, investing in this area due to anticipated population increases half way through thsi year on account of a new correctional centre coming online and some hundreds of staff and family required. This news has been out there for a while, but recently the council approvde another massive infrastructure project, to build a new gas fired power plant in the area, it has been forwarded to State Government for final approval. To me it seems obvious that this new infrastructure announcement and the one already being built should have significant upside advantage to the property market.
Can you point out to me if there are and if so what are any drawbacks from aquiring rental properties now, to get well placed for permanent population increase aswell as itinerant population who are and would be working on these projects?

“Its all beer and skittles really.”
