Can anyone share with me their experience of self selling a property. I am getting close to finishing a renovation in Wellington, NSW, and am thinking of self selling it. If you have any information on do’s and don’t’s or other tips, success and failure stories it would be great. I have a couple of people who have walked past the house and askde the painter if it is for sale, and I want to take the most of this opportunity. Even as simple as how you did a sign and the wording etc etc.
