Hello, I just wanted to find out if anyone has used a buyers agent before. If so, are they worth their comission or are they simply pushing their own agenda’s?
If they are worth it, what would be their typical fee?Hi vkolker
At a very high level, they offer two services:
1. Spotting a property
2. Negotiation during the purchase.
Typically, they charge about 1% for each service.

Like all services you get your good and you get your bad.
If you don’t have much time to find the right deals then maybe a buyers agent is of use. I believe that if you have the time and can seperate from property deals emotionally then go it yourself.All the best. [specool]
