Hi my name is Mark and am new to this sight. I have read many books on property and also look at the market daily. I was wondering if there is any mentoring or coaching program that is available or should I just use this sight for mentoring? I believe I have found some Positive cashflow property here but for some reason have some reservations. Is this because it could be the first time I purchase a positive cashflow property? Any help would be of assistance.
Hi Mark, Steve McKnight runs a mentoring program called the RESULTS program. I am currently in the program.
The current program ends in April this year, not sure if Steve is planning to run the program again but it would be worthwhile contacting the propertyinvesting.com team to ask the question.Regards
