    Hi! Does anyone have any thoughts on investing in Toowoomba Qld? It seems south-east Qld is still relatively attractive in terms of investing.

    Toowoomba is still relatively affordable however a large number of investors bought up late in 2006 which saw the market flooded with rentals. I’d suggest you consider Ipswich, which is currently undergoing massive redevelopment and has the added bonus of the electric train.
