I’ve sent you an email too. Have you sold it yet? Still very interested to buy. I have a property that needs to be wrapped and I haven’t the foggiest idea how to get started. I’ve had it for over 5 years and it’s been sitting empty for most of that time. Wrapping sounds like an ideal situation to get rid of it. it’s in the country and people in the past haven’t been able to get bank finance of more than 50% of the property as it’s a farm. Anyone else with any other ideas of how to sell it?
