I have an investment property in Vegas that I bought during the peak re boom there(2004). I had rented the property for the past year and a half but now my tenant is leaving. So I thought its a good time to sell since I have had negative cash flow on this property since I bought it and I do not see significant appreciation anytime soon. I was just wondering if now is a good time to sell. Thanks.
