I am considering purchasing a small block of units (4 or 5 units) but would like to Strata the units in the future to sell them off individually. I was wondering if anybody has done this before and could provide me with the details of what is required and at what sort of price. The units are in QLD if it helps. Thanks
Talk to your council. Get an estimate from a surveyor. A lot of older blocks need to improve fire ratings to be able to be strata’d.
Do a search. This issue has been discussed before.
