Hi all! Does anyone here have ip (retirement units) that are subsidized by federal government? how does it work? is it like regular residential ip? I found one which provides +CF but don’t really know how it works? i am wondering if they work similar to serviced apartments.. please provide some info if you have.. appreciate your help..
