I was wondering if anyone had come across a website which supplied information on median house prices in each state.
I was wanting to chart this information over a number of years, state by state.

Everything I have seen today comes at a price.

If you have a look at http://www.propertyvalue.com.au they have a free Postcode search which will give you the median house value, Family Type, Gross Income, Occupation, Education, Transport, Occupancy and Crime rates. etc.

Otherwise the API monthly magazine publishes similar figures.

For a full list of where to get data and research reports have a look at http://www.propertydivas.com.au, go to the Tools menu.

    Try http://www.upmarket.net.au/chart/ChooseChart.asp

This website gives median house prices for suburbs in SA, but the data is 3 years old – you have to pay for newer data
