Has anyone heard of Gobal Buyers Agent . I have been sent information from this group who say they will represent buyers and find positive cashflow and captial growth properties for a fee on settlement . I just want to know if they are legit. I need all the help I can get finding good properties, so if they work Ill give them a go.
