I am just doing some research into capital gains on properties in Robina.
I purchased a property in a complex know as Villa Tijuana in 2001 for $230K and today is valued at $300k approx 30% gain.
Research figures produced by PRD nationwide tell me gains should have been in the order of 95%.
Has anyone else got property in Robina? What developments are you in? And what sort of gains have you acheived.[evo][evo]
