    Planning to do some extensions and renovation. Anyone knows how much does it cost for extension and renovation? Probably another bedroom with ensuite, kitchen with family area. Thanks.

    a bit of a silly question,
    size of extensions, r u getting kitchen from Ikea? slab, stumps?? Spa? will plumbing have to move?? I will guess $50k

    For extensions, any master builder can estimate based on a price mer square 10ft X 10 ft. For renos you will have to just beat the bushes for a quote. Good luck
