    Hi
    I have a block of 4 units on one tittle and looking at strata tittle them, I would like to know how to go about it since i’ve never done this before and if there are any books i could read on the subject.

    P.S the property is in Queensland

    Hi Rob

    you apply thru your dept of planning – you need surveys and plans etc. – in short a conveyor.

    Have a look on the dept’s web site – Perths site has the forms and info need.
