What does everyone think is a good investment besides houses/units.
What about shops, sheds, hostels, land, car parks?
Anyone got a self managed business (one that you dont have to work at and can have your origninal day job)
Stacking coke machines, car park ect..Shops, sheds, hostels, land, car parks, coke machines, car parks….
They could all be good investments if the numbers work.
