All Topics / Creative Investing / Rick Otton – Value or not
Hi
This is my first time on your forum. I have just been on Rick Otton’s website and had a look at his Wrap packs. Just wondering what other peoples views on his packs are. Has anyone purchased one or something similar. Are they worth the money.
Also I am looking to sell some blocks on vendor terms. I fully own them and would like to know the process I would have to go through to sell them on vendor terms – eg: what contracts do I need and what should they include, how do I work out repayments for the buyer (how is interest calculated???).
Sorry if I seem a little blonde (well I could be. lol) but I am very new and don’t want to make too many mistakes (costly ones anyway.)
Regards

I like Rick Otton,
I have learned alot from him. Have never done wraps, but I do lease options as part of my property management services. However, just like any other property guru, if you dont have a plan of where you are going then you will not implement his strategies and if you are not implementing what you are paying for then it’s a waste of money!
It’s very easy to blame others for your failiures in life and not so easy to take responsibility or to make changes in your life that lead to success.
The internet is full of “victims” that like to point the blame outwards and the first people they blame is property gurus.
Rick Otton is a successful entreprenuer, you can either learn from him and becoem one too or waste your money then turn around and blame him for it!!! It all depends on YOU [biggrin]

BronnyHi Bronny
Karen and I have built what we regard as a successful vendor finance business using Rick’s product and his mentorship. I couldn’t agree more with Dr X. It’s definitely “what you make of it”.
I’d suggest you have a look at the following resources to try to get a bit more information on Vendor Finance, before you start disposing of your blocks:
http://www.financewraps.asn.au – The Vendor Finance Association of Australiahttps://www.propertyinvesting.com/strategies/wraps.html – Information on Wraps
https://www.propertyinvesting.com/strategies/lease-options.html – Information on Lease/Options
http://www.businesslawyer.com.au/fr_property.html – Click on the Vendor Finance For Real Estate Link.
I hope this helps.
Cheers, Paul
