    Hi guys

    Does anyone know where is a good place to advertise for investors for property deals? I know this isn’t the appropriate forum for it, but thought some of you may of had some success in finding them.

    I’ve tried on-line with the Australian Investment Network with no success so far. Any other ideas?

    I’m based in Australia, but willing to look internationally if there are suitable options elsewhere.

    You say advertise, will you be a co-purchaser or are you looking to pool together investors and then find them property.

    The reason is you need to be aware of the Managed Investment Act which deals precisely with this issue.

    Hi Richard

    Yes I’m aware about Managed Investment Schemes & Property Syndicates etc & I don’t want to run it that way. I just want to find one or two private investors who either want a flat % ROI or if they want to be co-purchaser & split the profits 50/50 then I’m open to discuss that instead. I don’t hold a financial services license therefore realise I can not advertise, except to Sophisticated Investors, which are also difficult to find!

    I only need to raise $250K & would consider a private loan, but I probably can’t service a loan in my current situation unless it was capitalised for 12-24 months. Therefore, investors or co-purchasers are looking like the best option.
