I am wondering if anyone has used and can recommend a good do-it-yourself conveyancy kit for use in Queensland.
Thanks. No but i can recommend a good conveyancer.
Unless you have both the time and the inclination then why not use your time more wisely and pay someone to do it for you.
To save maybe $350 less the cost of you driving around and undertaking the searches i personally wouldnt bother.

Hi,guess by now you have found a Conveyancing Kit. If not simply go to the newsagents & buy a kit called Simplified Conveyancing Instructions.(REIQ will tell you who sells these) I do a lot of buying & selling & decided some time ago to do it myself. It’s as simple as ABC. My only comment would be to check & double check all details are correct. It is time consuming, however checks can be done via the computer (Citec or one of those companies) and it can save you quite a bit in the long run. Good luck
Surely the maximum you will save is the cost of the conveyance ?
As i say for $350 or so then well i have better things to spend my time that are more profitable. Leave it to the experts and use your skills to generate more income.
Cheers
