    Hi everyone…..
this is my first posting on this forum.
i m 22 now and just starting my property investment journey. I find it quite surprising to find out from one of the real estate agent in newcastle of how many young people have started investing in their young age.
I have read quite a lot of books in property investment. So far, still like of the concept of Steve ,Robert allen and Dolf de roos in property investment. All about positive CF in order to achieve financial freedom.

I am living in sydney, and thinking or investing in outside sydney, (recently looking at around Newcastle). This would be my 1st property investment. However, I am still struggling to look out for potential positive CF properties…. My idea for this moment is to look for properties around Newcastle university, and rent it out on ‘per room’ basis, in that way I could generate a potential (+)ve CF properties.
However, I find that it would be quite a lot of hassle dealing privately with every single tenants for each room, instead of just one tenant for the whole house.
Recently I visited one out NZ property deal website (http://www.cheappropertydeals.com) and find out there are quite a lot potential (+)ve CF properties in NZ.

So…. if anyone has the experience of investing in NZ or in Newcaslte/around uni area, and if you could help me, sharing of what sort of things to look at when investing in those areas, that would be a great help….. Thanks a lottttt….. Gbu all ^.^
