    can anyone assist with a low doc lender to obtain a 90% lvr on land only

    i purchase land with a view to construction qld post codes

    i need low doc and with several lenders at the moment but can only obtain 80%

    Yes 90% is obtainable on vacant land with a view to constructing a dwelling up however would need to know the zoning of the land and the Post Code.
