What’s the minimum ceiling height to advertise an area as liveable? I have a feeling its 2.0M but cant remember where I read about it.

    Thanks.

Thanks. I’m guessing non-habitable means lounge room/kitchen etc or is it any room within the property to be listed as a “living area”?

As a matter of interest you have to have 2.1 for door height. We were just in a renovated hotel in China where the ceiling was 2.1
(obviously to put in sprinklers a/c, etc.) and it looked very low.

Geez I’ve got basketball teammates whose average height is close to 2m and some exceed 2.1m. Reminder me never to buy there I’d make a terrible host!
