    Hi all,

    Am wondering about how “Sale by Set Date” differs from a normal private sale?
    Will look this up later but just wondered.
    I am assuming you have to put your offer in writing by this date and then sit and wait?
    Are there any rules/tips/issues that I need to be aware of?
