    Hi Guys

Just wondering… I have been taught to look at the past 5 years growth rates of an area before buying.

I am interested in buying in QLD at the moment (I live in WA) but am finding their insitution website not very helpful.

Where can i get the growth rates? I have searched on RP data to purchase reports but can find one that shows the past 5 years growth rates????

    Thanks

    Hey redwing

Care to explain the acronyms to a newbie? [:I]

You can always calculate the 5-year growth rate yourself if you have the annual growth rates.
