Hi Guy’s just a quick heads up on Marsden & Crestmead as a Licenced agent i just want to inform you all of the madness that is taking place. In the last two weeks we have experienced a very large number of inquires almost 5 times the regular amount of viewings this weekend. (busy day ahead)
I can’t put it down to one thing in particular. Any one got any ideas for the sudden burst of enthusiasm any other agents noticed this in other areas ?
