This month we will have Simon Buckingham (RESULTS 2 Coach ) discussing commercial property and the differences between that & residential. Also we will have at least one (possibly 2) special guest speakers, as well as some of our group discussing what they have been up to recently & what they have done well, mistakes to learn from etc.

I will start a series on the process from start (buy) to finish (sell) of a buy/reno/sell. The first part will be about how to research an area, so as to become an ‘area specialist’ to make the buying process much easier & without as much risk. If we have time we will then go through the process of making offers or bidding at auction. I expect this part particularly to have a great deal of involvement from you & other attendees
