Our next property investing group meeting will again be held
on Sunday 5th November, from 3.00pm to 5.30pm at

This month we will have at least one (possibly 2) special guest speakers, as well as some of our members discussing what they have been up to recently & what they have done well, mistakes to learn from etc.

I will start a series on the process from start (buy) to finish (sell) of a buy/reno/sell. The first part will be about how to research an area, so as to become an ‘area specialist’ to make the buying process much easier & without as much risk. If we have time we will then go through the process of making offers or bidding at auction. I expect this part particularly to have a great deal of involvement from you & other attendees
