    Hi,
    I’ve been trying to get hold of a software that would search listed properties, rather than me go into individual real estate sites and view them. The software should be able to list the price and the specifics of the property. IS there a software that can do this? I’ll try searching myself, but if fellow members have any suggestion please do let me know

    I dont know of automatic software but you could write a macro.

    eg, download macro scheduler (I think from nonags.com) and it can record your keystrokes as well as read text from the browser. So you could code it to search the web sites and take data from them….

    Hope this helps a little…

    thanks all for that… i had a look around with the software but its seems too simple though…. just found another software online.. its called fetchIT

    it has much more figures that you can adjust like avg rent, loan repayments, land rates, water rates, council rates etc……
