All Topics / Help Needed! / For full time investors…what do u do 4 cashflow?
Hi All,
My husband quit a salaried job about 5 months ago and we’re really feeling it going from 2 paycheques every fortnight down to 1. We’ve got a few developments on the go however they’re 12-18month projects and we’ll have a nice lump pay day at the end of this period but just wondering what others in similar situations are doing to help the cashflow issue? Obviously hubby doesn’t want to go work for someone again….any creative ideas would be much appreciated!
Cheers,
Kim

Sell drugs?
you could pull out some equity and live on that till the $ come thro.
Maybe look at it from another perspective – where is the money being spent? Can some costs be reduced? Is there credit card debt which is generally bad debt? Maybe keep a journal for a few weeks and analyst exactly where the money has gone. This can sometimes be quite enlightening.
