Hi I am looking at starting to invest in Brisbane and am not sure what to do to get started, I run a business and was contemplating buying a house near the city on a busy road to run the business from as the mortgage would probably the same as renting in the CBD. Or I was thinking about looking for something that would throw off positive cashflow but these seem to be hard to find…..Any ideas?

Hi Paul,
Office space on a busy road abounds at Annerley (Annerley Junction) on Ipswich Rd. An older shopping center that is waiting for a new lease of life. For sale or lease I am not sure (not really an interest), but I do recall one of the blocks has two units at the back of it.
