We are about to receive DA approval for two 3 bedroom 2 Bathroom whole floor apartments being approximately 140spm and 194sqm as the lower one also has a basement area. (both will have a double garage and the lower apartment will keep all the garden area)
We are going to use the existing double fronted federation structure and excavate the basement area and build an additional storey. The original house will be totally striped and both apartments will need to be fully fitted.
Alhough we are going for a high specification, the recent quotes seem excessive,so was wondering if anyone could recommend a builder that they have used who did a good job at a reasonable rate.
Alternatively, if anyone would be interested in buying off plan, please let me know.
