    Hi all .
    Just want to share my strategy .
    Any opinions would be great.

    I’ll like to do a “sell before buy” deal on a property of about 100k to 150k .

    Would anyone know a good solisitor who can do these kind of deals.

    I think most should. It is really just a purchase and a resale.
