    Hi All,

    Can anyone tell me what would be the approx land value per sqm in Parramatta & Wentworthville area of Sydney?.

    Hey,

    I had a similar issue a while ago and I rang the local council and spoke to the person in charge of comming up with valuations to determin rates.
    The value he gave me was within $4,000 of the sale price

    Freeman Cooper,

    It would be difficult to find that key person in Parramatta council as it is huge and lots of politics involved. I will try it however.

    Anyone, please give me just a ballpark figure.
