Has anyone ever put one of these onto a property? I know there are regulations ie. planning permits etc… Did you have any trouble? Size restrictions, issues etc….Do they have to be small units or can they be reasonable sizes ie: mum and dad want a granny flat that has a generous size kitchen and living, separate bathroom and laundry and two large bedrooms. One for them and one for the study/activities/sewing/storage etc…..They have takled about a unti with a loft.. would something like this be allowed????[inlove]
