    What do you do if there is no agent / managment company in the area you are buying?

    I would personally rethink the location. If there are no agents or property managers will there be tenants?

    I am about to invest in Spain. there are plenty of Holiday rental managment companys but they seem to take care of changing bed sheets! I’m going into a commercial premises IP with tenant in place willing to sign a 10 year lease. The figures are top notch but i need someone to take care of legalalities if the *hit hits the fan and they stop paying the rent. I’m going to be a long way away. Do i appoint a lawyer as restricted power of attorney? Help!
