This topic has most likely been posted a gazzillion times, but………I have not seen it! lol So here we go again.

Could anyone throw some information out that could help me (or anyone else) find foreclosure properties?
Maybe, some advice, good books, audio, dvd’s, courses, or seminars?
Also, some Pro’s and Con’s would be GR8!
I have read in Kiyosaki books that you can go to the court house. Is this true? If so HOW?

    Thank you! -Jason-[thumbsupanim]

You are right. Pretty standard question.

This doesn’t happen in Australia. Foreclosures are fairly uncommon and usually proceed to auction. Lenders are required to get a fair market price not just dump them to recover the loan outstanding.
