I have some extra funds I want to invest in real estate.
Is there anyone out here who can give some quick property investment advice which give the highest returns and is safe. I am kind of new to real estate. All advice are welcome.

The best advice is to read as much as you can from successful investors and don’t go rushing into anything. If you want something you can just launch some money into quickly, the best option would be a managed fund. It sounds like you might be new to investing in general as high returns equals high risk. Anyone saying something is high returns and low risk is hiding something.
You’ll find plenty of useful info on these forums, but be sure to analyse what you’re reading and don’t just absorb everything as fact. Different people have different strategies and you need to form your own.

The above post was great advice. When investing in anything, dont rush it. A good deal comes around once a week, they will always be there.
Or you could always use a buyers agent. They can help you find properties that your after, and you might learn alot on the way.

My suggestion is to firstly assess your goals. To do this you should ask yourself question such as:
are you looking for capital growth or cashflow?
How much can you afford?
what areas are you looking at?
etc etc.
I agree with all the above, don’t rush into anything and do as much research as possible
