All Topics / Help Needed! / International Property based managed funds
Hi all, wondering if any investors could share any findings or opinions on international property managed funds.
I am looking at using the equity in a investment property to get into an international MF with a margin loan on top for maximum exposure (and yes risk). Im not excited at all about any australian asset based managed funds.
Im also finding it hard to research this topic and if anyone has any links to where i can research such funds it would be appreciated.

You may find morningstar useful also do a google search as they also compare investment funds.Cheers Duckster. Directaccess site does wonders. thank you

Hi Adrian,
If you want to have a look directly at some funds, three large ones are Mariner (US Offices), Gallileo (US shopping centres) and GPT’s joint venture with Babcock and Brown (everywhere everything). Here the websites:

Hope this is helpful for you.
