Hi Guys,
I have been given some advice that Runaway Bay QLD and the surrounding areas is underpriced and ready to take off.
Does anyone have any experience with this area?
I went through at the start of the year and I like the area, they are yielding about 6 or 7%.
Any pearls of wisdom or suggestions for other areas?
