Hi everyone. I was recently in Brisbane with my brother who is trying to get into the property market there. He was in the investment property game made good money on his first but then didn’t get back in. I was wanting to help him get back in by telling him to join up with other experienced investors in Brisbane. Can anyone please suggest a good group to join where he can hang out and learn from other investors. I buy property here in NZ and invest fulltime, I want to help him out but I’ve given him some things to sort out first eg finances and budgets. However, soon he will be able to get going. He has time to look for deals but I have suggested that he first look at assigning his first few deals. So has anyone got a good due diligence clause that they use. What other clauses do you use where I can assign the contract. I have conditions I use in NZ but want to make sure he uses Australia legal doc? Can anyone help?
