Hi Everyone.. Its been a while since Ive posted..
We have had some new developments on the home front…
Husband has been offered a new job…so we have to move out of the house (comes with his current job)… We have 1 x IP. We have to decide if we (a) Rent or (b) by PPOR….Here are some of the issues i see…
1. may not be in the area for more than 2-4 years and then move on ..could buy PPOR and then rent out if we moved on…and cna do some reno’s ourselves…Areas where job is is in outer outer suburb and not hugely capital growth orientated but as I know the area has a good rental market….
2. Rent and by second IP?Anyone had any experience in this???[inlove]
