Am inspecting my first 2 properties in a couple of days time, and just trying to think of as many questions as i can write down to ask when inspecting? one is a qld’er that coulb be a renovator on a big block, maybe looking to put a minor dwelling out the back. The other is a massive 2 story 5 bed that could be turned into more bed for student accom? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated[thumbsup2]
This will get you started,, good questions to ask:
What is included/excluded with the sale?
How big is the land?
How much are the council rates/water/outgoings on the property? Strata/body corporate?
When was the property constructed?
Have there been any offers rejected on the property?
Are there any offers the owner is considering? (if they arent ‘dead’ offers the agent cant disclose details of the offers)
What price would the owner be willing to accept (you’d be suprised at what you find out from this)
Why is the owner selling ?
