I’m not involved with them in any way but:

looks to me like it might be worth our support. $5 for 50 days to advertise your our vendor financed property looked ok to me. Sure, the question will be, “how many people visit the site?” but with a bit of support it just might be a place we vendor financiers can hang our hats
What do you all think?

They only started several weeks ago and they said that they don’t get that many clicks. Vendor financing is a new age concept, give it time it will catch on [biggrin]

Only one big problem i can see with the whole site.
And that is that don’t seem to list properties in the most important State ……….QLD
Vendor Finance is actually not a new age concept it is old as time itself but unfortunately only recently been accepted by both Vendor and Purchaser alike over the last 10 years.
