Greetings All,
Can anyone tell me with a great deal of certainty if funds from a Trust –of which I am one of 2 a Trustees—-can be paid direct to a superannuation fund without incurring income tax liability.????
In other words—-salary sacrificing the proceeds of a new house sale directly into my super fund , NOT a SMSF incidentally , but an employer sponsored fund of which I am already a member????

Who knows what they may find !!!
But that is a good idea and I don’t know why I did not do it.

Won’t go into the long winded explanation about undeducted contributions etc and RBL just to say it is a simple NO.
