Can anyone tell me what this means?
In what context???
It could mean that an agent has declared an interest in buying a property they are meant to be listing. They need to declare interest to the owner so that they don’t breach their fiduciary duties.

http://www.adprop.com.auIt was at the bottom of an online property advertisement. It didn’t seem to have a particular context which is why I just couldn’t figure it out.
This most often means that the agent owns, or is related to, the owner of the property that they are selling.
