    Can someone confirm what my accountant told me, as it seems a bit too good to be true…
    She told me this;
    I will not pay any CGT when I sell my house because I lived in it before I started renting the house and I have not bought another property, as I have been living in a rental since I moved out.
    Apparently this situation is applied for up to 6 years.

    Thanks :)
