    Hi,

    I have just received literature inviting me to join “The Property Locators Club” from a Martin Welch.

    It looks interesting but at a fee of nearly £300 I can’t afford to just join up without knowing more about it.

    I know that many of you on the board have a lot of knowledge and experience and would know most of the scams going around so do any of know anything about this Company or Martin Welch?
