Hi everyone, had our monthly meeting last night with2 couples attending. Exciting times for us all with them both reporting healthy cap gains on deals set up only a year ago. One property in Woodridge in Brizzy and 2 in Cairns were mentioned.
Each of them had renovated their properties and had seen good rental hikes after performing essential maintainance and cosmetic improvements on their properties.
A few people sent their appologies as well and will again be attending next month.
The meeting was relaxed and a lot of fun, hearing about property managers, tenants and current finance options. The meeting finished about 8.30pm, and we all left with smiles. Anyone is welcome to attend and always remember, the only silly question is the one you dont ask!!!
Dont forget, the second Tuesday of the months at the AAnuka Beach Resort, Firman Drive Coffs Harbour at 6.30 pm.
