hey all,
just wondering what some peoples thoughts are for this. I’m looking at either a single or multiple blocks of land in a good location very close to the beach with very good potential for capital growth (800sq for $150k and/or 2200sq for $220k) and wanting to rent them out, maybe sell in 5yrs.
Would it be better/more cost effective to buy a removable house and have it setup ($55-70k 4bed & 1or2 bath incl delivery and install/setup) or get a kit home/builder in and get a new house from scratch?
