Expression Of Interest – Investor Req’d For Wrap

Hi All,

I am in the market for an investor to loan approx $25k to $35k for 5 years for the deposit and costs of a wrap property I am about to transact. I will pay 15 – 17% p/a (depending on the amount req’d)paid monthly via automated direct debit for the life of the loan or until I pay it back earlier.

The prospect is currently looking for a property so may need to move on this shortly.
