Well actually its not, but consider this.
I recently started checking the headers of the SPAM I have been getting and discoverd an interesting benefit of SPAM, I found lots of emails addresses in the To and CC fields that were from interesting property domains. It seems that there are many property investors out their working had to find deals and property projects only to have all their hard work shared with everyone in thier address book and others the SPAMmer is trying to conn.
So I have discovered quite a few potential deals simply by checking my SPAM, with little work I have a great resource that can lead me to new investment opportunities.
The lesson here folks is that if you don’t have anti virus on your computer or its out of date, FIX IT or you might find that that deal you thought no one else knew about might be gone before you can hit send on that next email.
